1. Information we collect
When you request a walkthrough or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, work email address, organisation, optional phone number, communications priorities and other details included in your enquiry.
If you allow analytics, we may also collect limited information about website use, such as pages viewed, referring page, device and browser type, and interactions with key website features. We do not send enquiry-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, URL query strings or fragments to analytics.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and tailor demonstrations, operate and secure the website, understand website performance, improve PitchVector and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Legal basis and consent
Depending on your location, we process information where necessary to respond to your request, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with a legal obligation or where you have provided consent. Non-essential website analytics remains disabled unless you accept it, and you can change that choice below.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choice and support essential website operation. If analytics is activated in future, Google Analytics will operate only in accordance with the choice recorded through the website consent controls. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled.
5. Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Supabase for secure enquiry storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery. We may use Google Analytics for consent-based website measurement. These providers process information only to supply services to us and subject to their contractual and security safeguards.
6. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards for international processing.
7. Retention and security
Website enquiries are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed to provide a service, establish or defend legal claims, or meet legal requirements. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to withdraw consent. You can reject or change analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
